Welcome to the EFORMS Admin Tool for PII

You can perform the following tasks on this web site:

Search for submissions. Searches can include criteria such as date range, submission ID, and submitter name.
Manage submissions. Form administrators can review submitted requests, approve or deny them, and download them as CSV files. Documents/images uploaded with submissions can also be viewed.
Communicate with applicants. EFORMS administrators can send emails, some with automatically generated templates, directly to submitters.
